A quite outstanding satinwood demilune commode. The three cupboard bases with the most extraordinary finely painted decoration in the manner of Kauffman. The top with a half shell decoration to the back. Cross-banded , banded and edged in contrasting timbers. Short tapering feet with stubbed toes. The Centre panel depicting Angelica Kauffmann with a companion.
